Shipping, Return/Exchanges & Delivery Policies
Shipping Policy:
Shipping & Packaging fees at checkout are based on the standard USPS/UPS ground rate for shipping location.
We offer our customers FREE shipping on all purchases of $40 or more for domestic orders.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for order fulfillment and once shipped to post office it will take up to a week for complete shipping. Due to COVID 19 please be patient because the USPS/UPS are experiencing major delays in shipping. Please be advised there may be possible delays upon shipment.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail/ UPS ground with tracking.
Return/ Exchange Policy:
Klay by Kris Jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must email their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Klay by Kris Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product is not in its original condition. We will be happy to answer any questions or solve any issues you may have to ensure that you have a happy shopping experience.
Like all Jewelry they should be handled with care, these pieces are well made and can withstand regular wear. Klay by Kris will not take responsibility for jewelry damaged as a result of rough handling or mistreatment. If you do have any issues though please feel free to reach out. Again we will offer exchanges under certain circumstances.

Delivery Policy :
For Customers who live near the Providence Rhode Island Area we do offer personal deliveries within 5 mile radius. When choosing this option it will let you know if your location is within the delivery distance. Once your order is placed allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared and deliveries will be made in the afternoon on the Saturday that follows after your products have been packaged. If you do not have an easy access outdoor mailbox then PLEASE Choose the Shipping Option. Especially with COVID 19 EVERYONE'S HEALTH IS PRIORITY TO US and appreciate your consideration.
